Foursquare ITP incorporates bicycle and pedestrian access needs into all of our transit planning work, such as for transit station access studies. We are currently conducting a mid-range strategic growth plan for bike sharing, the first of its kind in the nation, that incorporates usage of bike sharing and potential for growth based on a variety of factors, including the connection with bike facilities and other forms of transit. We also have worked extensively in the area of pedestrian safety, including strategic planning for pedestrian safety through a statewide strategic highway safety plan and as part of our work in implementing a targeted pedestrian safety education campaign. All of our bicycle and pedestrian planning is conducted by focusing on performance to strategically target improvements in a way that will most benefit our clients and the public.
